How is tension and suspense created
through media language in the tv scene?
The scene starts with 8the diegetic
sound of thunder and lightning and a close up of a tv that turns to static.
This creates tension and suspens because it connotes there is a power cut or
ghostly intervention.
Changes to a up close shoulder shot
with a man in a back ground with a crawl.
The girl bashes the tv to grt it
working and she was sitting there.
The camera roll was fast so it made a
swish pan.
The controller was in fin air then
suddenly it fall down on the floor. Also there was a scary face behind the
chair that was staring at the girl or the controller.
The camera was looking back and
forward to the girls to the controller after five are six one two shots a close
up of a girl and a cgi jumpscare.
